Dear BPHS/EPHS Implementing Partners,=20

As you are aware of current COVID-19 pandemic, we all (MoPH and the partner=
s) are struggling to control the outbreak. One of the effective strategies =
is to decrease person to person contact as much as possible. Therefore, you=
 are hereby informed to postpone any planned training from Sehatmandi or ot=
her entities until 31 Hamal 1399 unless it very necessary, clearly justifie=
d, and communicated in advance to PMO.=20

The one month delay in your training plans implementation (Sehatmandi proje=
ct) should be covered in next months.

Note: Any training on COVID-19 is exceptional because it is needed now and =
it should be done.
