Dear BPHS/EPHS Implementing Partners,

As you are aware of current COVID-19 pandemic, we all (MoPH and the
partners) are struggling to control the outbreak. One of the effective
strategies is to decrease person to person contact as much as possible.
Therefore, you are hereby informed to postpone any planned training from
Sehatmandi or other entities until 31 Hamal 1399 unless it very necessary,
clearly justified, and communicated in advance to PMO.

The one month delay in your training plans implementation (Sehatmandi
project) should be covered in next months.

*Note: Any training on COVID-19 is exceptional because it is needed now and
it should be done.*
