Dear Helen,

Yes, we have to consider dignity kits , and we can distribute it without any
challenge and my team said here in Kunduz that dignity kits should be
distributed through midwives, to the relevant person. And it should
distribute to CHWs as well.

I will send you the list of the CHWs, and we will budget too.

Dear Dr. Noor,

We received an email today from Dr. Lai of the health Cluster informing us
that the concept note we earlier submitted had been pre-selected however we
are asked to keep our total budget at 400,000 USD. With this amount, we will
no longer be able to have the Mobile Health Clinic and we may need to reduce
the number of FATPs from 6 to 4.

Please ask your finance manager to get in contact with Shukrullah and rework
on the budget.  Out of the 6 districts you proposed, we can now only cover 4
districts with the budget limitation. Please let me which of the 4 districts
you want to keep.
