Thank you for the information;

Yes, the endorsement letters are possible to be submitted before 02. March.
2020. But in Kunduz there is not health cluster , there is only protection
cluster the leading is belong to UNHCR, so I will take letters form PPHD,
UNHCR, and WHO.

Dear Dr. Noor,

This is to let you know that the deadline for submission of the AHF proposal
is changed. Now we have shorter time to develop the proposal and budget and
to get the cluster endorsement. The deadline is now 15th March instead of
21st.

Kindly get the PPHD Letter of Endorsement from Kunduz province and a letter
from the cluster (health and protection ) at the provincial level confirming
that you had  consultation meeting held with them and have discussed about
our proposal and planned intervention with them. The letter of confirmation
from the provincial health and protection clusters are required to get
endorsement from the cluster coordinator. Kindly ensure that we get this
letters on or before 2nd March.
