The receipt of the email and attached instruction letter are confirmed; =
Just for Afghan Capacity and Knowledge is fully committed for all rules =
and regulations, strategies and polices  of MoPH and any other party =
which involve in health related activities in Afghanistan to provide =
quality of health services. =20

According to the situation and security analysis Kunduz province is =
totally different with other provinces Afghanistan, more than 80% of our =
health facilities are located under AOGs control areas. JACK is fully =
committed to assist TMP field workers to facilitate the data collection =
and it is better for our under coverage health facilities too,  to find =
the gaps and then to fill it and to provide the quality of health =
services.=20

But; TMP activities are banned from AOGs side and several times it is =
attempted to get the permission from them for TMP field workers from =
different channels like community elders, religious leaders, influential =
leaders, health facilities health Shura ; but unfortunately the negative =
response is received from their side.=20

And JACK sent a united letter to all health facilities according to the =
GCMU instruction; that to assist the third party field workers to =
complete the data collection. =20

But, beyond all the above mentioned challenges JACK is committed to go =
ahead according to the MoPH instruction letter to find the ways and =
assist the Third party field worker to facilitate by any means the data =
collection by the mentioned date (End of February 2020).=20

party to objectively assess the performance and progress of health =
services delivery.

Third party has reported successful collection of HMIS and HF =
functionality verification data collection in almost all provinces. =
However, the data collection in the following provinces still facing =
