Dear Sir,
As you are aware, we working with your esteemed organization since last
year with the perfect background and performance. Please notice the below
points.
Several market factors, Including Coronavirus, instantly increased the
prices of all Chinese brands including the items we are selected for our
new contract.
Many of our customers are seeing the rising prices of the items already. we
trying to maintain the contract with the current quoted prices. but we
cannot continue for this quarter. I will mention just one item to your
esteemed organization to check in business terms.

Face mask disposable we quoted 50 AFN now the item is short in the market,
some of the companies selling this item 450 AFN, the order is too bulk and
it causes huge losses to our company.

We truly appreciate it, if this issue has been solved and looks forward to
supplying the goods as soon as possible.
