As per the signed contract under Sehatmandi project, the service =
providers (SPs) are obliged to report MOPH/GCMU any incident that =
interrupts the health service delivery immediately after the occurrence =
of incident. Considering the statement, during the first semi-annual =
review, the implementing NGOs have Notified the MOPH/GCMU about the =
security incidents occurred in their related provinces and claiming that =
due to some unavoidable/uncontrolled situation (mostly insecurity) did =
not achieve their project targets.=20

To handle properly the NGOs claims/requests, the MoPH/GCMU decided to =
assigned a committee to review their requests and come up with a proper =
solution/decision as per the signed contract.=20

=20

For this purpose, a format was designed by the committee and circulated =
to all implementing partners. Based on the received reports (filled =
format), it was found that, there are many confusing points to be =
corrected by the NGOs. In addition, the new format and guideline have =
been prepared and it is planned to be introduced as a reporting tool in =
the future.=20

Therefore, and in order to properly fill out the format, you are =
requested to introduce the relevant person from your main office to =
attend the orientation as per the below schedule:
