MoPH has received an official letter # 325/664 dated 1398/10/4 from Spen =
Zar Directorate requesting from the MoPH to include Spen Zar health =
facility under Sehatmandi Project and the HE the deputy Minister of =
Policy and Planning instructed to GCMU that:
