HMIS/M&E Senior Officer with MOVE-Daikundi Province, Technical Manager =

JACK Paktika BPHS project, Deputy Hospital Director with IMC Sharan
Provincial Hospital)

3.      Copy of Training certificates which are mentioned in CV ( Need =
to
re-submit the Project Management, Proposal Writing, Project Cycle and
project management, Planning, Report writing scan with good quality)

4.      Resignation letter of ex-project manager with strong =
justification

5.      short listed applicants & all recruitment documents (interview =
and
scoring sheet of the applicants)

6.      All submitted documents must be verified, signed and stamped by =
NGO
with a statement that the copy is according to original OR (=E4=DE=E1 =
=E3=D8=C7=C8=DE =C7=D5=E1
