Following are some sentences and descriptions that how they receive the =
services.

=20

1.       First Aid Trauma Care (Life Saving support) =E2=80=93 Triage, =
First Aid and Stabilisation

a)      War victims or wound will be covered mostly.=20

b)      By receiving FAT or BLS training the majority of war affected =
injured people will receive the triage , stabilization and the aids =
which are available in the relevant FATPs meaning First aid.

c)       The clients will get health education that the post care of the =
injury or wound in home is most important to be careful.

2.       Referrals to higher health facility for Trauma Treatment and =
their follow up in FATPs=20

a)      All the clients (Men, women, children, ..) who come to FAPTs and =
most of them are due to war affected like injury or wound and ..etc =
first they will receive the first aids in the relevant trauma based on =
the capacity of the FATPs and if the patient need more medical care and =
those are not available in the relevant FAPTs , so to save the life they =
will be referred through the relevant ambulance to higher centres such =
as Provincial hospital, Regional Hospital, District hospital or other =
stakeholders centres such as MSF or emergency workshop established by =
SCA.=20

b)      The ambulance for the referral should be well equipped and =
during the referral a person from the FATPs will be with he/she in the =
ambulance to be careful to the patient condition.=20

c)       Some of the patients who needed referral may not go through =
ambulance due to security issues or sometime there will be more than =
many patients who need for referral, so such kind of patient will be =
refer in a private car and the transportation cost will be paid by the =
relevant NGO implementer of the project like JACK or ADAA.=20

d)      Whenever the patient recover in the higher centre will back send =
to the relevant FAPTs for the follow up. And the higher centre will send =
a confirmation letter to the FATP and the complete treatment report.=20

=20

3.       Psycho-social Services (Includes GBV) =E2=80=93 Assessment, =
Triage, First Aid and stabilisation/follow up

a)      The clients or beneficiaries will be collected together by the =
physio  - Therapist who received the PSS training in early in the =
morning in relevant FAPTs and group wise education will be conducted to =
them regarding the psycho issues, and during the education to the client =
men and women . They will find people who are violence then the =
physiotherapists will invite he/she individually and do the consultation =
to them in a private room to keep the privacy . Then they will see if =
the client need to be referred then they will refer and if no need for =
referral then they will do and follow up based on the existed capacity =
in the FATPs.=20

4.       Psycho-social Services (Includes GBV) =E2=80=93 Referrals and =
follow up

a.       After assessment which will be conduct through health education =
as group wise and individually to the beneficiary or clients in the =
relevant FAPTs by the assigned staff , after assessment and education =
there will be some patients who need upper services and need to be =
referred to the relevant upper centers , so they will be refer to those =
centers such as WAW through official letters and the relevant upper or =
higher center will register and the confirmation letter will be sent =
back to the relevant FAPTs and relevant FATPs will collect all the =
referral sheets and the FAPTs supervisor will collect and report to the =
main office.=20

=20

5.       Persons with Disability =E2=80=93 basis screening and referrals =
for improved Prosthetic and Orthotic Support services and care & follow =
up at the clinic.

a.       The disable people all in the under coverage area of the =
relevant FAPTs will be covered by FAPT and first the treatment or =
services which are exist in the FATP will be done  to them through the =
physiotherapist and then to higher services they will be refer to the =
Handicap centres , SCA centers  and any other centres which in the =
relevant province. The CHWs who receive first aid training will also =
refer cases of disability to the relevant FAPTs. And the clients will be =
receive health education every day as group and individual wise.=20

6.       Capacity Building

a.       CHWs

They will receive 10 days first aid training and they will be encouraged =
and on community level they will do the screening and provide education =
to people and to referral cases to the relevant FATPs through and an =
official refer sheet. And that refer will be take in consider as prior. =
And whenever patient go back to community will be followed up by =
relevant CHW. And the patient who was refer by the CHWs will be informed =
by the FAPT nurse that please go to CHWs for the follow up. And the CHWs =
will receive first aid kit too after training.=20

=20

b.      HFs staff:

The FAPT staff will receive many training like, First aid, =
HMIS/Reporting. Gender awareness, response to GBV standard procedures, =
medical equipment mentainance, IP, MCM .., beside the FATP staff one =
staff from the relevant health facility will be trained too, because =
some time in absent of the FATP staff he/she from BPHS HF will handle =
the responsibilities . All the training will be conducted in first =
quarter of the project.

c.       Community

The community will be involved through the health shura members and =
trained CHWs. Community will receive health education from the trained =
CHWs. And community will refer the patient to the relevant FAPTs through =
the trained CHWs.=20

And the community who comes to the FAPTS will receive one hour health =
education from the FAPTs staff. And community will be motivated through =
the community liaison officer.=20

=20

d.      Project Staff

The project staff like project supervisors and community liaison officer =
and project manager will receive the training and they will attend all =
the trainings which will be conducted to the relevant FAPTs staffs. And =
project supervisors will do the supportive supervision from the relevant =
FAPTs and will provide the feedback and follow up action plan for the =
gaps to be filled to the relevant FAPTs. And they are reportable to the =
project manager and project will report to the BPHS project manager he =
will report to main office program manager.=20

e.      Health Facility Shura=20

The relevant health facility health shura will be involved through =
Community liaison officer and they will be invited monthly basis to have =
meeting in FAPTs and in that meeting all the achievements, and =
performances of the FAPTs will be report to them and the challenges and =
barrier will be discuss too and the solution ways for each barrier will =
be find. The health Shura meeting minutes will be collected and the =
community liaison officer will send to the project manager and the =
project manager will take the action for the gaps and a report from =
meeting minutes will be shared with main office and through main office =
with Lead Partner.
