Greetings you and all respected colleagues!

The format of OHPM which is used, is filled by HFs CHS not by Office 
staff but it was among more than 300 sheet, I discussed with CBHC 
department for checking first the restrictiveness of their documents. we 
paid 6 months HP transportation cost, also was end of the year 2019 huge 
of documents were for payment in the limit time. so just a few sheet 
mistakenly is enclosed with financial documents.
I am promising and also promise that try my best for sending a sound 
financial report.
