Thank you for analysis of targets and achievements of BPHS project as =
you did very well mostly targets are achieved and already challenges and =
worries are shared you to take action jointly as we did and still going =
on to achieve the remained targets which are not achieve yet.

Third party is on the side and to verify the data and we do what we can =
afford in advance before they visit HFs.

Today I share analysis with my colleagues to act strongly and go ahead =
for achieving targets as well.

As you are in the picture tow experience colleagues Gul Agha and =
Dr.Musawy left us and we need to fill soon their position by HQ to visit =
more HFs.

I am waiting you to do appraisal of provincial staff to do new =
commitments which is need it for better motivation.

Supervision will improve more and to do all HFs.

The achieved cost are considered up to the maximum and if you look to =
the red column we are in much lost. See most of the lost is in vaccines, =
CYP , C/S , TB and little in the nutrition. And this data have not been =
verified yet and if it is verified there would be much more discrepancy =
too.=20

The EPI team performance is not well and even there are much complaints =
from REMT side as well, the outreach is not following ,even the fix has =
it is own technical problems, and I do not want to go to the details , =
all these will be share with a comprehensive report.=20

=20

Since the project started the data verification has not been taken =
placed, it has started in the recent mission of technical team members =
from Kabul and till now we have not completed the health facilities. =
Although base on the SOP of P4P with each Quarterly Technical Report the =
  data verification report is must to be submitted  , but we have not =
done it yet.=20

=20

The supervisors do the mission in each month 40% and even sometime 50% =
but you know such is not acceptable.=20

=20

If any supervisor or anyone else have concern of security and for this =
reason he/she is not going to the field , please tell to he/she to leave =
the job, instead someone else to come as supervisor. Because it is P4P =
modality and it is not for  office.=20

=20

As it was agreed that each supervisor should visit number of HPs as well =
, but still they have not done it.

=20

Overall they did the visit not the supportive supervision and if we go =
forward like this , definitely we will go to the negative result and =
project will be faced with lots of challenges.=20

=20

Many more issues are reported, but all of them will be shared in face to =
face meeting in Kunduz.=20

=20

Finally a change to the positive is highly needed otherwise we will not =
have  positive outcome.=20

agreed that each supervisor should visit number of HPs as well , but =
