Dear Dr Sahib Mir Karimullah Zia and Colleagues.

Greeting and hope doing well.

As you know I have joined JACK office since *20 April 2019* equal to *first
of sawer 1398* as Nutrition Supervisor for Kunduz province. And as I guess
I had acceptable achievements during My Assignment period. And I am Really
appreciate from JACK Management (Kabul and Kunduz=C2=AD) That they support =
me
.and I really learnt more from them but due to family problem I am sorry
and apologize to announce my resign from my position.

*Note* :for clearance and hand over I will be here for one week.  And also
I am thankful from all kind colleagues for having good relationship with me=
.
