Dear Dr.Sahib Ihsanullah Fazli,

Greeting from JACK Provincial Office,

As per your instruction in the face to face meeting date 29/6/1398 was
conducted to PPHD, here I would like to update from the progression of  our
activity as the following.

1.       Risk allowance of the HFs staff base on the NSP 100% paid through
their bank account

2.       Inventory of HFS are complete updated

3.       CME/CHNE inventory list already shared by Official letter to PPHD
and we are ready for handover of the equipment's, wish you assign the date
of handover/take over before end of December 2019.

4.       Food for patient are supplied in both DH and CHC's are under the
process

5.       Pity cash already distributed to HFs in charges in the coordination
meeting

6.       Recruitment process of the HFs staff will be done in close
coordination of PPHD and vacant positions shared with you.

Renovation

7.       Payenda Mohammad BHC Complete

8.       Kolukh Tepa BHC is Complete

9.       Sayed Masom Shahid BHC is complete

10.   Gharaw BHC is under the process

11.   Aliph Berdi BHC, Echkili CHC and Aq Masjed BHC will start next weak

12.   See Dokani Basuc is under the process

Note: Renovation Report with full details (compressions photos) will be
share as soon along this email, and hope you find attachments Payment sheet
