We can separate the data (HMIS Volumes) in the HFs at registers level; = but it isn=E2=80=99t possible at HMIS Reports and database level. As well, as you know MoPH reporting system is based on HijriShamsi, = where Jadi month of HijriShamsi year is equal to January of Georgian = year. It means that the data (volumes) of Sehatmandi is applicable from = the start of Jadi month, which have already added in to the HMIS = database. So, if the data (HMIS Volumes) of mentioned period collects by the TPM, = it will make a huge difference with the volumes which are already sent = to MoPH/ added to the HMIS database.
