Dear Dr. Noor

As part of the Access strategy, we have to develop Risk Analysis and Risk
Mitigation Plans.  We at Johanniter have Security Management Plan. As you
are the Implementation partner, I propose that a brief meeting of our
Security Officer with your security focal point and programme team will be
helpful to finalise this document.  We have enclose this document with our
proposal either to AHF or to ECHO.  My SO will be planning to visit this
afternoon to your office for discussion.  As discussed earlier, we will meet
tomorrow.  I will come down to your office tomorrow for discussion on our
FATP programme along with Dr. Mirza Jan.
