As part of the Access strategy, we have to develop Risk Analysis and Risk M=
itigation Plans.  We at Johanniter have Security Management Plan. As you ar=
e the Implementation partner, I propose that a brief meeting of our Securit=
y Officer with your security focal point and programme team will be helpful=
 to finalise this document.  We have enclose this document with our proposa=
l either to AHF or to ECHO.  My SO will be planning to visit this afternoon=
 to your office for discussion.  As discussed earlier, we will meet tomorro=
w.  I will come down to your office tomorrow for discussion on our FATP pro=
gramme along with Dr. Mirza Jan.
