Dear Doctor Sahib Sadat,

Greetings from Kabul:

First of all thank you very much for reminding us this important issue. For
your information last week we had a meeting with JOHINATOR International
about CME/CHNE school funding for the next phase, and they promised/told us
that we are waiting for our HQ for funding confirmation and approval so we
have to wait until at least end of December 2019, if we did not receive the
confirmation/approval from their side than we will start the handover and
closing process of school.

For time being please keep two guards and school coordinator until our
further instruction and issue termination notice to logistic assistant and
any other remaining staff of school.

Dear Engineer Sahib Omari,

Greetings

As you are in the picture, CME and CHNE schools ended on 6th of Aqrab and
their graduation ceremony was held. Based on the telephone call I had with
you regarding continuation of the schools, your idea was to delivery all
inventories and equipment to public health directorate. Also based on
administrative meeting of PPHD, all inventories and equipment should hand
over to this directorate.

On the other hand the representative of PPHD has also come on Sunday with
whom it was spoken about hand/take over which should start on Sunday. Things
we have done is , all teachers were noticed to leave according to their
contracts and at the moment, coordinator of school, logistic assistant and
three guards ( 2 night guards, and one day time guard) have not been noticed
yet. I just wanted to hear your guidance regarding the salaries of five
staff and rent for the house which is approximately 80000 AFG which should
be paid on monthly basis. To continue CME/CHNE it has to be coordinated and
shared with donors which are not too late. Therefore, your direction is
crucial for us to make our decision accordingly.
