Dear JACK Colleagues,

Please prepare and submit a separate invoice for the remaining 2nd P4P
installment, amounting to  AFN 27,062.00 based on the HMIS report, which was
not transferred due to budget shortage at the time.

Explanation: MoPH-HMIS got the 2nd P4P invoice approved for AFN 40,162,936
to be transferred to NGO, However out of mentioned amount MoPH-DBD
transferred AFN 40,135,874.00 to JACK-Kunduz-BPHS's designated account and
remaining amount (AFN 27,062.00) left unpaid due to budget shortage and
planned to be transferred with the 3rd P4P installment.
