Dear Provincial HR Colleagues,

Greetings:

Please issue a termination notice to Mr. Said Rahman S/o Abdul Rashid the
maintenance officer of our provincial office effective from September 15,
2019 with 15 days notice (his last day of employment with JACK should be
September 30, 2019) as he is not effective for our project and his
performance during the last 8 months was not up to our expectation.
