Note:-before collection of this data it is important that the HF technical staff should conduct a meeting on each Thursday for reviewing and analyzing of P4P data to find the challange and take action for low performance of data at the HFs level and the provincial level also should be analyzing the data and focus on low performance to support technically of their HFs staff and performance .
