anniversary of Afghanistan independence day 28 Asad 1398. According to =
the order of H.E Mr. President all ministries and governmental =
organizations have to celebrate this day. Therefore MoPH prepared =
instruction letter which is attached to you, that all BPHS/EPHS =
implementer s should celebrate this day in their provincial and district =
hospitals by providing and giving baby kit to the women who are giving =
birth to their children in the night of 28 Asad 1398 ( Afghanistan =
Independence Day). The cost for the kit should not exceed from 500 AFN =
and should be include baby shampoo, baby powder, baby soap, veil and =
