One point is important that the required documentation for UNDP never =
shared by you that after your guidance we do accordingly. So please list =
me the required documentation for each transaction as bellow:

1.       Travel transportation from office to fields.

2.       Procurement.

3.       Top of Card.

4.       Rent of car.

5.       Rent of House.

6.       Others.

It is mentionable that we wait for your support because the requirement =
is clear with you than me.

should work on that and provide necessary supporting documents with your =
earliest time and in generally please use Paid stamp on all invoices not =
only Payment voucher.

transportation requisition from is attached. The mission report is =

2- Credit amount should be fixed 3000 AFN  in the invoice with zero =
discount.  We  try to purchase cheaper. It would not be an error.

department and the MoPH request is also attached.
