Each month JACK main office is having general staff meeting in order to =

Yesterday, July 29th, JACK main office staff had meeting where different =
issues were discussed. In fact, the most important issue was; how to =
have a friendly and open working environment? =20

It is obvious that each staff if they are top management or a cleaner, =
everyone must be treated equally in terms of their human and employee =
rights. If in case, we are feeling bored, exhausted, and or get any kind =
of problem/s, it is mandatory to share our concerns with the direct line =
manager and HR team. I am sure they will find a proper solution to calm =
down a problem. Because we live together and we are one family, thus, we =
should not feel alone in any time. While working, we should not feel =
stress if for example, I don=E2=80=99t know how to go with my assigned =
task, I must share with colleagues and take their assistant for =
completing the task. Similarly, if I have personal problem, still I am =
oblige to share it with office and colleague in order to find a better =
way to deal with.=20

Furthermore, top management is open in terms of communication to share =
your ideas, suggestion, concerns, and problems for the betterment of =
having a friendly and open working environment. Anytime, you can contact =
any of top management while you feel to have communication with them.=20
